SMS

Sending bulk SMS (campaigns) and individual SMS from the customer profile, with priority and templates.

Messages are added to a queue and will be sent according to the priority and order in which they were added.

Send individual SMS:

The system allows you to manually send an SMS to a specific client.

You must enter the CUSTOMER PROFILE and tap the SEND SMS button, the screen attached below will open.

Message: Up to 160 characters.

Templates: Predefined messages (generated from the mass mailing screen).

Priority: Allows you to set the priority of the message in the queue.

Send bulk SMS:

By filtering from certain lists, the system will send an SMS to the pre-selected customers.

Campaign title: Name of the mass mailing campaign.

Priority: Allows you to set the priority of the message in the queue.

Message: Up to 160 characters.

Variables: This is data that the system will replace with each client's information.

Templates: Manage predefined messages.

Forward bulk SMS (REJECTED SMS):

In the SMS list, filter by the desired campaign and click the "Resend rejected messages" button.
