What are combos used for?
Combo configuration allows you to create commercial offers by grouping several services into a single final price. The objective is to define a combo and then adjust its content, discount, and status to make it ready for daily operations.
How to create a combo
- Log in to Settings > Combo List.
- Click on Add.
- Complete only the Combo name.
- Save the log.
- The system will automatically take you to the combo editing screen to complete the rest of the information.
How to complete a combo in editing
- In each service block, select the products you want to include.
- Indicate the quantity of each selected service.
- Define the final combo amount in the field Combo import.
- Save the changes.
What amounts will you see on screen
In the summary section, these values are displayed to facilitate commercial validation:
- DiscountDifference between the total of services separately and the final combo price.
- Discount percentagepercentage applied to the total without combo.
- Total sin comboTotal of selected services without applying discount.
- Total to pay: final import set for the combo.
States and maintenance
- DiscontinuousAllows marking if the combo is discontinued.
- Deleted: from the edition you can delete or reactivate a combo as needed.
Recommended permissions
To manage this module, separate permissions are used per action:
- Settings - ListingView the list of combos.
- Settings - AddCreate new combos.
- Settings – Editmodify combo data.
- Settings – DeleteEliminate or reactivate combos.
Usage Recommendation
As an operational practice, create the combo with its name first and then fill in all the data from the edit screen. This way, the loading is more organized and it's easier to review the impact of the discount before activating the combo.
