Why am I seeing this alert in the system?
When a new internet connection is created, the system will attempt to configure the connection on the corresponding router/system. If it fails, a record will be created in the database with the SERVICE NOT CONFIGURED alert.
To detect the error, enter the connection, press the SYNCHRONIZE button and the error that the router/system throws will appear.
