CSAT – Customer Satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction Survey. The system allows you to create multiple surveys with multiple customer satisfaction questions.

To add a new survey/question.

Types of questions:

Open: It is free text, the client can write whatever they want.
Closed: YES / NO, you can only choose between those 2 options.
Range: Range from 1 to 10.

Important: You can also generate a link for a system user without assigning it to the client. In this case, the client must complete their identification (DNI, CUIT, IFE, RFC) to be identified in the system.
