Permissions by Users and Groups

The system allows you to generate access permissions for each module, for individual users, or by creating user groups for better and easier management.

Configure Permissions for Users or User Groups

You must go to the Users or Group menu and click on the ID to open the configuration window. Once logged in, you must select or deselect the options you want.

To update permissions, click UPDATE. (If you edit a group, the system will synchronize permissions for each user in the group.)

If you want to add new users to the Group, click Users and select the users you want to add from the list. (Saving new users will automatically sync their permissions.)

If you want to delete a group, click the Delete button. (Users assigned to that group will retain their permissions individually.)

IMPORTANT: Each permission change will be automatically synchronized in the system, generating a real-time restriction. The user does not need to log in again to obtain or block the permission.
