Budget

The budget is an estimated and detailed cost for future billing.
The quote can be created for an existing client or a temporary client can be created.

To create a quote for an existing client, go to the client and press the Quote button. For a temporary client, go to Clients / Extras / Quotes and press the + button.

Instructions for Use

Create the quote for an existing or temporary client.
Add all items to be invoiced, completing the title and due date fields. (Make sure the total amount and taxes are correct.)
Approve the budget (users with special permissions)
Send the quote to the client by email / print it
Invoice the quote once the client has accepted it.

Possible budget states:

Canceled The budget was disapproved by the administrator user; it can be corrected by editing it and returning it to pending status.
Invoiced The quote has already been invoiced, it cannot be edited again.
Approved The quote is approved by the admin user and ready to be invoiced.
Earring The quote is not yet approved, it can be edited, it must be approved before it can be invoiced.

Edit/View a Quote

TO Data of the client for whom the estimate will be made.
B Budget actions:
Print (when the budget is approved)
Download PDF (when the budget is approved)
Send by email to the client in PDF (when the quote is approved)
Approve (pending budget) / Rectify (approved budget)
Bill (only when approved and not billed)
Cancel (at any stage except when invoiced)
C Invoices associated with the already invoiced budget.
D Add item to the budget, you can add items manually, select data from a credit, among others.
AND Quote Details: The list displays all added items. It must include the quote title (details) and the due date. Optionally, you can add a comment field that will not be printed or emailed to the client.
F Historical: all budget movements are recorded, detailing the user and schedule.
