Add Supplier Invoice (Optional).<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the supplier invoice, activate Supply invoice<\/strong>. The system will bring all supplier invoices that have an active Supply Invoice from the last 90 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Loading new equipment<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to Procurement \/ Stock -> List -> Stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on Add Stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bill<\/strong>: Purchase invoice from the supplier. Mandatory. If you do not have an invoice, select N\/A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Store<\/strong>: Physical location where the equipment is located. Mandatory. Coming soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brand<\/strong> \/ Model: Brand and model of the Equipment \/ Router. If the brand and\/or model does not exist, you can load it from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAC<\/strong>: Mac computer. Using a barcode reader will load all the code automatically. The : are loaded by themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company Stock<\/strong>: When the system is activated, which is the company's own equipment, not the client's, and when the connection is cancelled, the request will be made to return the equipment to stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment<\/strong>: Additional comment on the loaded equipment. Optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a device is loaded, it will return to the same screen positioned on the MAC to be loaded again with the reader, with the same data preloaded for a quick load.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assign Equipment\/Router to a connection.<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Within the connection, select the selected equipment from the Equipment\/Router list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
