2. Modify name and\/or description.<\/p>\n

How to assign a tool to a ticket<\/h2>\n

1. Open the ticket you want to manage.<\/p>\n

In the retention tool field, select the corresponding option.<\/p>\n

3. Watch the ticket update.<\/p>\n

1. Enter the ticket where a tool is already assigned.<\/p>\n
