What are combos used for?<\/h2>\n

Combo configuration allows you to create commercial offers by grouping several services into a single final price. The objective is to define a combo and then adjust its content, discount, and status to make it ready for daily operations.<\/p>\n

How to create a combo<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to Settings > Combo List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete only the Combo name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Save the log.<\/li>\n
  5. The system will automatically take you to the combo editing screen to complete the rest of the information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to complete a combo in editing<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. In each service block, select the products you want to include.<\/li>\n
    2. Indicate the quantity of each selected service.<\/li>\n
    3. Define the final combo amount in the field Combo import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      What amounts will you see on screen<\/h2>\n

      In the summary section, these values are displayed to facilitate commercial validation:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Discount<\/strong>Difference between the total of services separately and the final combo price.<\/li>\n
      • Discount percentage<\/strong>percentage applied to the total without combo.<\/li>\n
      • Total sin combo<\/strong>Total of selected services without applying discount.<\/li>\n
      • Total to pay<\/strong>: final import set for the combo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        States and maintenance<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Discontinuous<\/strong>Allows marking if the combo is discontinued.<\/li>\n
        • Deleted<\/strong>: from the edition you can delete or reactivate a combo as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          To manage this module, separate permissions are used per action:<\/p>\n

          • Settings - Listing<\/strong>View the list of combos.<\/li>\n
          • Settings - Add<\/strong>Create new combos.<\/li>\n
          • Settings \u2013 Edit<\/strong>modify combo data.<\/li>\n
          • Settings \u2013 Delete<\/strong>Eliminate or reactivate combos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Usage Recommendation<\/h2>\n

            As an operational practice, create the combo with its name first and then fill in all the data from the edit screen.
