From the portal, you can define which ones are displayed, their names, and their order.<\/p>\n<h2>Actions available by default<\/h2>\n<p>The app includes these quick actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Report payment:<\/strong> It takes the customer to the option to report a payment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services:<\/strong> It takes the customer to the list of contracted services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procedures:<\/strong> takes the customer to the procedures section.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support chat:<\/strong> Open the support chat channel when it is available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium:<\/strong> takes the customer to the support section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to configure quick actions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the administrative portal.<\/li>\n<li>Open the section <strong>Customer app<\/strong> and then <strong>Quick action<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Find the action you want to configure.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the action identifier to edit it.<\/li>\n<li>Modify the <strong>Name<\/strong> if you want to change the text that the customer will see.<\/li>\n<li>Define whether the action will be <strong>Visible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Visible actions limit<\/h2>\n<p>Up to three quick actions can be displayed at the same time. If three are already visible, another must be hidden before a new action can be activated.<\/p>\n<h2>Order of appearance<\/h2>\n<p>To change the order, use the option <strong>Order<\/strong>, Move the visible actions to the desired position and press <strong>Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>What the customer sees<\/h2>\n<p>The client will only see the actions configured as visible.
