Description<\/h2>\n

Service help allows you to display support information within the app, related to the services the customer has. Each help item can be specified for Internet, TV, Telephone, or Subscriptions.<\/p>\n

How to edit a help<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to the system.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the Customer App.<\/li>\n
  3. Select Service Aids.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the help you want to modify.<\/li>\n
  5. Complete or update the title, subtitle, and comment.<\/li>\n
  6. Mark which services should display the help.<\/li>\n
  7. Save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Available fields<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Qualification:<\/strong> main name of the aid.<\/li>\n
    • Caption:<\/strong> brief supplementary text.<\/li>\n
    • Comment:<\/strong> detail or explanation that the client will see.<\/li>\n
    • Internet, TV, Telephone and Subscriptions:<\/strong> They allow you to define what type of service the help is displayed in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Usage Recommendation<\/h2>\n
