Description
Customer combo management allows for control of current assignments, management of discontinuance status, and quick querying of the number of active customers per combo.
Combo editing management
- The editing screen shows the number of customers with an active combo.
- When a combo has active customers, editing or deleting the combo is not enabled.
- The discontinuous state is managed with a separate button and can be updated at any time.
List of combos
The listing includes a quantity column to visualize how many pending assignments each combo has.
Validity rule
An assignment is considered current when it is not deleted and its expiration date is equal to or later than the current date, or when it has no expiration date.
Recommended use
- Before operating a combo, check the number of outstanding assignments.
- If you need to stop marketing a combo without losing history, use the discontinued option.
- For operational tracking, use the quantity column in the general listing.
