Description
The App Customer login screen can be customized with the company's branding and informative text for the customer. This configuration defines how the app is displayed before the user logs in.
How to configure it
- Log in to the system with a user account that has configuration permissions.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to System > Control Panel.
- Look for the parameters related to the Clients App or the login screen.
- Fill in the values you want to display in the app.
- Save the changes.
- Open the app and check the login screen.
What can be configured
- Logo: Main image shown when accessing the app.
- Company name: Company identification text.
- Colors: main colors used by the app.
- Informative text above: message visible before the login form.
- Bottom text: Additional content visible at the bottom of the login page.
- Terms and conditions: legal text that the client can consult from the app.
- Language: base language used to display app texts when configured.
Usage Recommendation
Keep your logo updated, use colors with good contrast, and write short messages. The top text should be used for important announcements, while the bottom text is best reserved for institutional information or general clarifications.
Validation
After saving changes, open the app and check the login screen in both light and dark mode, if applicable. Verify that the logo, text, colors, terms and conditions, and language are displayed correctly.
