How to use My Profile

    What does this function do

    My profile allows users to review and update personal information from a single screen.

    What information is displayed

    At the top, you can see the name, nickname, username, phone number, email address, profile photo, number of assigned tickets, and two-factor authentication (2FA) verification status.

    How to update your data

    1. Enter My profile.
    2. Review and complete: full name, last name, username, nickname, date of birth, mobile phone, email, address, city, postal code, and province.
    3. Press the button to save changes.

    How to change your profile picture

    1. Click on the profile picture.
    2. Select an image from your device.
    3. The system displays the new photo on the screen. If it cannot be updated, it notifies of the error and displays the previous photo again.

    Tickets and orders

    The screen displays the number of assigned tickets. When there are tickets, the number can be clicked to view the corresponding list.

    Open development orders are also displayed. If there are no orders to display, it is reported that there are no open orders. When orders exist, the order number and its category are shown.

    Available actions

    From "My Profile," you can also change your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), request support, and log out.

    Visualization

    The screen is adapted for light and dark mode and accommodates computers and cell phones.
