What are subscription plans?
Subscription plans allow you to define which service you will offer and what its monthly value will be. Each plan is associated with a category and subcategory to maintain commercial order.
Step-by-step to create a plan
1. Go to the subscription plans list.
2. Click on Add Subscription Plan.
3. Complete the plan name to identify it easily.
4. Load the plan's price.
5. Select the corresponding subcategory.
6. Indicate whether tax is included in the price.
7. Choose the tax type.
8. Save changes.
How to edit an existing plan
1. From the list, open the plan you wish to update.
2. Modify the name, price, subcategory, or tax configuration as appropriate.
3. Save to apply changes.
Note: The system does not allow saving a plan without a subcategory.
How to deactivate or reactivate a plan
If a plan is no longer being marketed, you can mark it as deleted to make it inactive without losing its history. If you need it again, you can reactivate it later.
What information will you see in the listing
In the list, you can quickly check: plan name, number of associated subscriptions, category, price, estimated total price, deletion status, and tax information.
