What can you do from Subscriptions
From this module, you can create subscriptions, view the complete list, edit data, activate or deactivate the service, transfer a subscription to another client, and perform the definitive cancellation when applicable.
How to view and use the listing
In the listing, you will see: subscription number, client, plan, category, sign-up date, active status, and free status.
You can also search by customer number, plan, or name, apply filters, and export the information.
Additionally, the listing offers access points for mass communication actions and for opening the subscription map.
Step by step to add a subscription
Subscription registration is done from the client's profile, within the Subscriptions module.
1. Go to the customer's profile and open the Subscriptions section.
2. Click on Add.
3. Select the subcategory and then the corresponding plan.
4. Add a detail to identify the subscription.
5. Complete the other required information, such as zone/locality, address, and coordinates.
6. Check if it should be marked as free and confirm saving.
Important: To create the subscription, the system requires you to complete the mandatory location and service information.
How to edit a subscription
From the subscription tab, you can update the plan, start date, active status, free condition, and details.
If you change your plan, the system may generate a pro-rata adjustment for the current period based on current settings.
Activate or deactivate a subscription
If you need to temporarily pause the service without deleting the record, you can deactivate the subscription. When the customer resumes the service, you can reactivate it from the same record.
How to transfer a subscription to another customer
If ownership changes, you can transfer the subscription to another customer. You must choose a different target customer than the current one.
How to cancel permanently
When a subscription ends permanently, you can cancel it definitively. To do so, you must provide a reason for cancellation.
This action will delete the subscription from the active registry, so it is recommended to verify the information before confirming.
Subscription Map
From the list, you can open the map to visualize subscriptions by their location. This helps review coverage and operational organization by zone.
Practical example
A client requests the service: from their profile, in Subscriptions, you use Add, choose a subcategory and plan, complete the details and location data, and save. If later requested to change the plan, edit the subscription. If the holder changes, transfer it. If the service ends definitively, register the cancellation with its reason.
