Frequently Asked Questions allow you to display specific help information for each type of service within the Customer App.
Available services
- Internet: Frequently asked questions about internet services.
- TV: Frequently asked questions for television services.
- Telephony: Frequently asked questions for telephone services.
- Subscriptions: Frequently asked questions for subscription services.
How to configure them
- Log in to the system with a user account that has configuration permissions.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to System > Control Panel.
- Look for the frequently asked questions parameters of App Clients.
- Complete the content corresponding to each service.
- Save the changes.
- Open the app with a test client and check the frequently asked questions for each service.
Usage Recommendation
Separate questions by service and use brief answers. Avoid uploading generic information for all services if it only applies to one of them.
Validation
Test a client that offers different types of services. Confirm that each screen displays the correct FAQs: Internet, TV, Phone, or Subscriptions.
